In the middle of the day it would seem that a goblin entered the Wave and Serpent carrying a barrel. He sat it down walking away, unfortunately it seemed he was not the brightest. The barrel exploded before the goblin could get away covering the inn and many patrons in a large amount of boiling acid. The clerics spend the next few hours treating the injuries and checking on adventures. Repairs began and finished quickly. All that seems know is the goblin was in a tie-tyed trenchcoat and a unicorn tattoo on the bottom of his left foot. The guards can been seen being more cautious with other goblins and filling paperwork.
