Nicolas, the master of the Carnival, is trying to decide where the best place to go would be, so he is surveying the populace to see what place has the most interested people.

Imma go with Travellers rest. For one I am biased. For another it has a Festival Ground that doesnt see much use and lastly unlike Cystana or so. Almost everyone can go there, save for full blooded fiends, abberations, undead and trolls. (which reminds me I need to announce that today)
