So I have had a build in mind, just want to run it past you folks, make sure I have no glaring holes. Or any slight changes that may make it a little better. I plan on using Hood of the Archer, Rapid shot cloak, or a DC item with just Rapid shot for my Toon. Build will get 4 APR.

Had to make a few changes. The amount of skill pts I dread in this build. Is not taking any concentration going to kill me?

If I recall correctly I tried to make this build (because it would be a great meme) and found it was impossible to do without Champion of Torm levels to get the required Wisdom score. The main reason for this is because you cannot take dragon shape and your 30 wisdom on the same level, so you need to have it by level 27 or 28 and then take it on 30. Just some food for thought though, I haven't run the numbers on your build yet
