Can Dexer's use one with Weapons Finesse? Or is it only Str based?

Yeah, I was looking at that before I posted, wondered if any were close to Dragonfly wings visually.

Are there any options that look like Dragonfly wings?

Can you take one lvl of Druid or Shifter and receive the One Thousand Faces with being tutored? Or do you need a certain amount of lvls in those classes?
