You can now get the Peerage feat on the test server, so give it a try! I've only messed around with it briefly but it seemed strong enough to get the job done in more general PvE. IIRC they're helmeted, so no heads.

It's kind of a pain, but you can do it. Basically just need to find the CD key for what you tied your account to in game, then copy that over to mobile. (I made a backup of the mobile CD key just in case). Best done if you can connect your device to your computer and access files that way.
